He previously managed grants at a nonprofit in Charlotte, NC, and supported grant-funded initiatives and reporting during six years as a high school educator working with a district foundation team. Through his work at Instrumentl, Kyle translates grants management best practices into sustainable, repeatable systems by developing education-focused resources and trainings for grants teams nationwide.
