Gain in-depth understanding of the full grant lifecycle, from solicitation and evaluation of applications to closeout and audit. Attendees will:

Learn about the laws, regulations and policies affecting the administration of federal grants
Review the latest updates to the Uniform Guidance published at 2 CFR 200
Recognize the importance of internal controls in managing federal awards
Reduce the risk of fraud, waste and abuse
Learn to better manage recipients and subrecipients
Understand audit requirements for all parties, including auditors, auditees and the awarding agencies

Earn up to 13 CPE credits.

Participants have the opportunity to earn 13 CPE credits | Field of Study: Specialized Knowledge
To be awarded the CPE credits, participants must respond to the polling questions posed during the live program.

Prerequisites/Advanced Preparation: A minimum of a bachelor’s degree plus 1-2 years of full-time grants management experience or 3-4 years of grants management experience without a degree. Familiarity with 2 CFR 200 Uniform Guidance is required. Completion of Intro to Grants Management eLearing course on Grants Management Academy.
