Abby Rollins, CFE, PMP, CGMS, is a principal with CohnReznick Government and Public Sector Advisory. She is an industry leader with more than 20 years of experience providing grant and project management, Uniform Guidance compliance, financial management, and oversight consulting services to local, state, and federal clients. She assists entities with developing, implementing, and monitoring high-profile programs with a focus on achieving policy objectives and delivering on an entities commitment to driving positive change in their communities.

She has in-depth knowledge of U.S. Treasury’s State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds program, Greenhouse Gas Reduction Fund, Emergency Rental Assistance, FEMA’s Public Assistance and Hazard Mitigation Grant Program, and HUD’s Community Development Block Disaster Recovery grant programs.

Susan W. Durham, CGMS, is a nationally recognized grants professional with 17 years of experience spanning the full federal grants lifecycle, including grants management, subrecipient management, compliance, and audits. She serves as Senior Advisor for Grants and Community Partnerships for Louisville Metro Government and is Chair of the Kentucky Chapter of the National Grants Management Association. Susan is known for translating complex federal requirements into clear, practical guidance.
