Megan Otto, CGMS, specializes in grants management, compliance, and capacity building for government agencies, nonprofits, foundations, Tribal governments, and Tribal entities. She helps organizations apply federal grant requirements and strengthen practical grant administration processes related to allowable costs, documentation, internal controls, subrecipient monitoring, reporting, and audit readiness. In 2025, Megan received NGMA’s Impact Award and serves as Vice Chair of the Houston NGMA Chapter.
