Without these plans, organizations often face misaligned resources, missed deadlines, and increased risk of financial non-compliance. We will provide information on best practices, and tips and tricks for developing a strong strategic plan for pre-award and post-award grant funding activities and utilize polling questions to focus on some key areas of interest that participants may wish for us to offer additional specific guidance on.
